The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to:
24Hr staff to respond to initial request for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, preparation and filing of necessary legal permits and certificates, preparation and placement of obituary notices, coordination with those providing other services, e.g. clergy, cemetery, crematory etc., assistance relating to social security, life insurance, pension, veterans, and other survivor benefits. Also included in this charge is an allocation of fixed and general operating expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory expenses....
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement, you select. (This fee is already included and discounted in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.)
CARE AND PREPARATION OF REMAINS: Technician, equipment, & supplies
EMBALMING: Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.(Embalming is required by all local cemeteries for delayed interment)
NO EMBALMING: Topical disinfection, washing, and refrigeration of UNEMBALMED remains up to 72Hrs. (WI Statute DHS136.04)

(This does not include shipping fees, transfer to airport or other funeral home, casket, air transport container, prepare for viewing, visitation or funeral ceremony)
RECEIVING CASKETED REMAINS:
This fee includes limited services of funeral director and staff, temporary shelter of remains (24Hrs), filing of legal permits, van to local cemetery.(This does not include and viewing, ceremonies, or transfer from airport)

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The container we provide is a fiberboard box.
