Phyllis T. Golper
85, born Phyllis Ansfield, a longtime resident of Appleton, passed on March 21, 2018. She was born in Milwaukee on December 23, 1932 to the parents of Samuel and Hannah Ansfield. Phyllis moved to Appleton and married Leo Golper. They were married for 57 wonderful years.
Phyllis was a unique individual who made people feel special. She left a meaningful, lasting impression on most everyone who met her. Phyllis was active in her community, volunteering with the Appleton School district, and AMC. She was also active in her Synagogue.
Phyllis was well loved and will be sadly missed by her sons: David (Susan), Sam (Nora), and Dan (Cheryl) along with the light of her life, her granddaughter Shauna. The family would like to thank Brewster Village for their support, compassion and care.
Funeral services will be held on Monday March 26th 2018, at 10:30am, at Brettschneider Trettin –Nickel funeral home. Visitation at 9:30am. Graveside services will follow at Moses Montefiore Cemetery, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
