Bernice Lorraine Ziegler, age 86, of Appleton, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at Edenbrook of Appleton. Bernice was born in Shiocton on January 26th, 1934 to the late Alfred J. and Rose (Boelter) Beyer. She worked at Zwicker Knitting Mills. Bernice loved the Green Bay Packers – especially Aaron Rodgers. She also enjoyed scratch off cards and playing games with her grandchildren and great grandchildren
She will be missed by her son Scott (Julie) Ziegler; grandchildren: Amanda (Ross) Strupp, Elizabeth Lehmann, Jon Ziegler, Melanie (fiancé Walker Forton) Ziegler; great grandchildren: Kyla, Liam, Easton, and Quinn Strupp and Gemma and Brycen Lehmann; a brother, Arnie Beyer, Shawano; and a sister, Carolyn (Bob) Janssen, of Georgia. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers: George and Albert B., and Ronald Beyer; and 5 sisters: Rose Ann Hayman, Gertrude Steenbock, Hazel Ziegler, Marilyn Zemlock, and Joan Figlinsky.
