Douglas M. Eastman, age 78 passed away on January 28, 2021 at St. Elizabeth hospital. He was born on April 3, 1942 in Appleton to Edward and Esther Eastman.

Douglas graduated from: Fox Valley Lutheran High School, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Milwaukee Area Technical College.  In addition, he completed continuing education programs at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and Marquette University. He viewed his extensive travel, upon retirement, to all corners of the united states as his crowning finale.

Douglas was a private, caring man showing love and thoughtfulness to all.

Survivors include stepfather John Mosher, brother Daniel Eastman and niece Rebecca Boehlen.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Eastman and Esther Mosher, brother Dwight Eastman and sisters: Darlene Long and Diane Diaz.

The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors and hospice staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital for their compassion and friendship.

Per Doug’s wishes, there will be no formal services.
