Jordan R. Tracy, a resident of Menasha, age 33, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021. Jordan was born on December 14th, 1987 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Craig and Cheryl (Czeck) Tracy. Jordan had an incredible childhood filled with many creative opportunities that further developed into a passion for innovation and engineering. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Packaging. Following college, Jordan began an internship at Scott’s Miracle-Gro Company in Marysville, Ohio. His career search led him to the Fox Valley where he began working for Bemis Company in 2011. While at Bemis/Amcor, he achieved numerous accomplishments including 11 patents and a variety of other accolades. In 2018, Jordan met the love of his life, Shelby Van Sambeek. Together, they went on many adventures and explored who they were as a couple through traveling, concerts, trying new supper clubs, and raising their girl, Cinder Roo. In March of 2021, Jordan proposed to Shelby in Charleston, South Carolina and they had plans to marry on March 19, 2022.
Jordan was able to light up a room with his infectious smile. He will always be remembered for his love of the outdoors including hunting, fishing, going up north, golfing, running, snowboarding, and tennis. He was also a craftsman who loved working with his hands on several woodworking projects and home improvement projects. His most prized possessions included his Shapeoko CNC Router and his new boat. Jordan's interest in music led him to learning piano from his mom and self-teaching himself how to play both acoustic and electric guitar. He had a special place in his heart for his dog, Cinder and his many chickens.
Jordan was incredibly loved by his parents, Craig and Cheryl; sister, Erin (Paul) O’Gara; brother, Ryan (Megan) Tracy; nephews, Gavin and Baker; uncle Steve Czeck; cousins: Em, Maddy and Christian Dahl; fiance, Shelby Van Sambeek; Shelby’s parents, Dan and Kim Van Sambeek; Shelby’s grandma, Florence Rooyakkers; Shelby’s sister, Tiffany (Coltin) Dahlke; Shelby’s brother, Clint (Olivia) Van Sambeek, and Shelby’s niece and nephew, Saylor and Jasper.
