Kathleen was born on March 30, 1942 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Doris and Truman Agnew. She was graduated from Villa Maria Academy (Frontenac, MN) in 1960 and then the Vocational School of Appleton, Wisconsin. She was a long-time employee of the Veteran’s Office of Outagamie County where she remembered her time there as most rewarding in so far as she was able to make a meaningful contribution to the quality of life of our former servicemen and women.
Kathy (Kayo) is remembered most poignantly by her friends and relatives for her extraordinary selflessness. She loved us with all her heart, and we hope that she knows how much we love her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Truman Agnew and Doris Strub, her aunt and uncle, Richard and Margaret Murphy, her uncle Thomas J. Murphy, and her cousin Thomas R. Murphy.
Kayo is survived by her sister, Mary Ann (Bruce) Morris and her niece, Nicole Morris and nephew, Kyle Morris.
Kathy is likewise survived by her best friend and soul mate, Ricardo (Rick) Iglesias, and his children, Rick, Theresa, and Ileana.
Kayo is also survived by her aunt, Phyllis Murphy, and first cousins and in-laws, Anna Murphy, John Murphy and friend Diane, Michael (Teri) Murphy, Suz Murphy, Kathryn (Gregory) Kieffer, and Charles (Judy) Murphy. Second cousin goddaughter Rebecca Henning also survives.
First cousins once removed survivors include Craig Murphy and friend Natalie, goddaughter Theresa (Josh) Martin, Andy (Maria) Replogle, Katelin (Kyle) Gorsuch, Heather Murphy, Melissa (Danny) Hardwick, Benjamin (Perla) Murphy, Meghan Murphy, goddaughter Shannon (Nick) Pearson, Kevin (Ayla) Murphy, Connor Murphy and fiancée Nellie Dankmyer, and Ragen Murphy.
Surviving first cousins twice removed include Siena Murphy, Aidan Martin, Alaina Martin, Kahlan Replogle, Ethan Replogle, Jack Gorsuch, and Sam Pearson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 30, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Pius X with visitation beginning at 10:00am.
