Nancy R. Lattimer, age 70, of Appleton, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, following a brave fight with a brief illness. She was born in Appleton on April 25, 1952, to Leo and Bernice (Noffke) Huelsbeck. In 1970, Nancy graduated from Appleton East High School. On May 4, 1975, she married the love of her life, Kim Lattimer in Menasha at Our Redeemer Church. Nancy worked as an accountant for many years until her retirement.
Nancy enjoyed many things in life, including Genealogy, being a part of the Historical Society, traveling to different baseball stadiums with her husband, paper crafting, online computer gaming, and gardening. She loved spending time with her family and organizing many get togethers, most recently Christmas in July at her home. Nancy was very artistic and spent time painting and making costumes for things such as, the mascot for Octoberfest, Halloween outfits for her grandchildren, and anything anyone would ask for. Most of all, she cherished time with her close family and especially her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kim; her son Jason (Lisa) Lattimer and their children Ally and Ethan; her father Leo Huelsbeck; her siblings: Bruce (Kathy) Huelsbeck, Dan (Pam) Huelsbeck, Pat (Pam) Huelsbeck, and Bill (Sandy) Huelsbeck; brother-in-law Rick (Peg) Lattimer; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Bernice Huelsbeck; stepmother Izzy Huelsbeck; and her Parents-in-law Alva and Carol Lattimer.
A funeral service for Nancy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at BRETTSCHNEIDER TRETTIN NICKEL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 606 N Oneida Street. Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton.
