Suzanne Du Vall Bosio
passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at age 57 due to multiple health conditions. She was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on November 25, 1963, to JoAnn and Kenneth ‘Tim Du Vall, Jr. Suzanne graduated from Appleton East in 1982 where she was a member of the drill team and forged many long-lasting friendships. She attended UW-Milwaukee and graduated in 1987 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Art. While in Milwaukee she lived life to the fullest. She worked at the Harp and was a job placement supervisor at Pro Staff. It was during this time when she met Chris Bosio and the next adventure began. She and Chris married in 1991 and moved to Shingle Springs, California. In 1994, her daughter, Jensen, was born and her passion for kids was ignited.
In 1995, Suzanne and Chris opened Sports Central and Kids Central which was a non-profit baseball athletic training facility and after-school program for the community. As the Vice President, Suzanne wore many hats including choosing the monthly charities to which the donations would go. This showed her talent for organizing events and giving back to the community. Suzanne spear-headed the fundraising events at the YMCA for the Bosio Foundation which helped non-profits in northern California as well as Appleton. Suzanne was successfully able to manage a family, a business, and multiple homes. In 2002, the family was rounded out with the birth of her son, Jace. In 2003, the adventure came full circle when they moved to Appleton to be closer to family.
Suzanne is survived by her mother, JoAnn Du Vall; former husband, Chris Bosio; children: Jensen and Jace Bosio; siblings: Kenneth ‘Trip’ (Mary) Du Vall, III; and Deb (Paul) Anzelmo; nieces and nephews, Adam (Heather) Du Vall, Matt Du Vall, Sarah Du Vall, Alex Anzelmo and Jack Anzelmo.
Those who preceded her in death include her father, Kenneth ‘Tim’ Du Vall, Jr.; her in-laws: Joan and Lou Bosio; her brother-in-law, Peter Bosio; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
